Fayyad has over fifteen years of experience in governmental healthcare sector and more than ten years of experience in teaching Arabic as foreign language. He has Master degree in Public Administration from Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transportation in Cairo – The League of Arab State at which he was awarded for outstanding academic achievement, plus Master of Islamic philosophy and religion compared from Cairo university, and has Bachelor degree in Management Sciences from Sadat Academy for management and sciences, Computer section, and Bachelor degree in Arabic and Islamic science . Fayyad has got a professional courses in teaching Arabic as foreign language specially the one from London , Diploma of Islamic sciences, calligraphy and computer courses specially Oracle web application and Visual Basic courses While working as HR manager in the information center for the Ministry of Health and Population in Egypt at which he was awarded for special achievement , he helped improving the training on ICDL and IT- Essentials within and the healthcare sector in Egypt cooperation with Unesco and Cisco and helped to improve also media cooperation with WHO. Previously, Fayyad worked with an International company in Kuwait to produce an IT support . Fayyad worked in Education schools and centers to teach computer sciences and Arabic.Fayyad has volunteered in an NGO as president to serve the Education process of the local community. Through these experiences, he developed strong and diverse experience in Education, strategic planning, programs monitoring and evaluation, policy advising and analysis in governmental sector, establishing partnerships especially in international context, developing initiatives, negotiation and developing agreements, project coordination and implementation and managerial skills. Fayyad enjoys focusing on the topics of groups teaching Arabic as foreign language and HR – Training.
