Fayyad has over fifteen years of experience in governmental healthcare sector and more than ten years of experience in teaching Arabic as foreign language. He has Master degree in Public Administration from Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transportation in Cairo – The League of Arab State at which he was awarded for outstanding academic achievement, plus Master of Islamic philosophy and religion compared from Cairo university, and has Bachelor degree in Management Sciences from Sadat Academy for management and sciences, Computer section, and Bachelor degree in Arabic and Islamic science .
